Happy Father’s Day to all the dads!
I talked to mine yesterday and a text today. He’s traveling out of state because he’s having shoulder surgery tomorrow morning.
I have a great one with my family and I’m now ready for the week.
I have meetings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week around the Texas manufacturing deal. Tuesday will set the schedule for the next 3 weeks and I hope to have more details soon.
Once I am setup with my legal entity and the investor management platform, I’ll have an announcement to make.
I’m also working on a FAQ about this deal, how the special purpose vehicle works and the management team. If you have anything specific that your dying to know, reply to this email and I’ll cover it in upcoming emails.
I’ll share everything I can, but I don’t know all the legalities and boundaries yet. I’ll add your questions to my list if I’m not sure and then send it out to those you are interested.
